Prefab segments being installed

After the compression beam was installed, the prefabricated concrete elements of the pylon were put on top of the bottom part of the column. The bottom part was cast in situ.

Erection of cable stay construction has been started

Last Thursday the erection of the first pylon of the Muiderbrug has been started. First the compression beam, which is part of the cable stay construction, was moved in position.
